Festivals & Events

The first FESTIVAL LODO was held in 2014 at the Club Cultural Matienzo and started our platform. This event had successive editions in 2015, 2016 and 2018. In each of these, the MARATHON was held, a public activity in which more than 20 works were presented each time and through which the projects and artists who were awarded access to participate in research, creation and exchange residencies and training scholarships

In the year 2020 and in the context of the pandemic, the first online event is born: Inhabiting the mud. Thus initiating a new stage of exhibition on the Internet.

Residencies

Projects

LODO designs, proposes, participates and/or produces special projects such as Proyecto Kamiñante de Papelito No Más Es in which the Ecuadorian group walked from Quito, Ecuador, to the Centro Rural de Arte in Cazón, Province of Buenos Aires; the visit of Colectivo Al Margen from Chile to Buenos Aires and the organization of performances of their play 3×6: Informe de una vivencia de emergencia; the visit of the Brazilian play “LOOPING: Bahia Overdub Fiesta, dance, music and politics; the creation of World Wide Music Box (Cajita Musical Planetaria) with the Argentine musician Nacho Sanchez to participate in the digital festival In/Out of the platform Incidencias sonoras of Pro Helvetia and the founding of Colectivo Utópico in conjunction with 7oito (Brazil) and k7 productions (Switzerland) in the framework of the COINCIDENCIAS Program - Cultural Exchanges Switzerland - South America.
